Privacy policy

Level13 Publisher is an owner-operated video upload tool at upload.al-rowads.com. This policy covers its information website and private Telegram workflow. Questions and deletion requests can be sent to level13.alrowads@gmail.com.

What the service receives

When the authorized owner sends a video, the service processes the video file, filename and size, caption, Telegram user and chat identifiers, message identifiers, and Telegram file identifiers. It stores queue records, upload identifiers, destination links, status messages, and the content declarations configured by the owner.

Account authorization provides OAuth access and refresh tokens. The service stores these with the app credentials on the operator’s server. TikTok also provides a basic account identifier and display name. The YouTube integration requests permission to upload videos and uses the video identifiers and status returned by those uploads. The service does not receive Google or TikTok passwords.

Why data is used and shared

The service uses this information to authorize uploads, transfer videos, resume or check uploads, and report results to the owner in Telegram. Video bytes, title, description, and configured disclosures are sent to YouTube. Video bytes are sent to TikTok’s draft upload service; captions and publication choices are completed in TikTok. Telegram processes messages and video files under its own policies.

This tool uses YouTube API Services. Google’s processing is explained in the Google Privacy Policy. TikTok and Telegram process data under their respective TikTok Privacy Policy and Telegram Privacy Policy.

The operator and the infrastructure hosting this service process data as necessary to run it. The application does not sell account data, use it for advertising, or use videos to train AI models. Legacy uploads made through Upload-Post may still be checked through that provider; new uploads use the native platform APIs.

Storage and retention

Credentials and queue records are stored on the operator’s server with restricted file access. Connections to Google and TikTok use HTTPS. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Downloaded media is normally removed after the configured retention period, which defaults to 72 hours, or earlier after confirmed completion on both platforms. Files needed by unresolved active uploads can remain longer. Captions, queue history, status records, and credentials remain on the server until removed by the operator. Copies held by Telegram, YouTube, TikTok, or server backups are separate from this application’s working files.

Control, revocation, and deletion

You can pause new uploads through the bot. Revoke Google authorization in your Google account permissions. For TikTok, remove this app in TikTok’s connected-app permissions. Revoking access prevents future authorized API actions; it does not automatically delete already uploaded content or local queue history.

To request deletion of credentials, locally stored media, or queue history, email the operator. Identify the connected account without including passwords or tokens. The operator may verify ownership before deletion. See data and access removal for the full process. Delete published videos or drafts directly on the relevant platform when needed.

This website

These information pages do not use cookies, analytics scripts, embedded videos, advertising, or browser storage. The hosting provider may process IP addresses and ordinary request information to deliver and secure the site. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own policies.
