Level13 Publisher

Use of the service

Terms of use

Last updated: 13 September 2026

These terms apply to Level13 Publisher, an owner-operated tool for uploading videos from Telegram to connected YouTube and TikTok accounts. Contact: level13.alrowads@gmail.com.

Access and agreement

The workflow is restricted to its configured owner and accounts the owner is authorized to use. There is no public sign-up. Before using the upload workflow, read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

Your content and instructions

You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize the service to store, process, and transfer that content as necessary to carry out your upload instructions. Only upload material you own or have permission to use, including music and any third-party material. You are responsible for accurate titles, captions, audience settings, promotional disclosures, synthetic-media declarations, and compliance with platform requirements.

Sending a video to the configured bot starts uploads to both connected destinations. YouTube privacy is controlled by the operator’s configuration, which currently requests public visibility. Videos may become publicly visible after processing, subject to YouTube restrictions. TikTok uploads are drafts that need completion in TikTok. Review content and YouTube settings before sending a video to the bot; complete TikTok publication inside TikTok.

Platform terms

This service uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. TikTok use is also subject to the applicable TikTok Terms of Service, and Telegram use is subject to the Telegram Terms of Service.

Level13 Publisher is independently operated and is not endorsed by Google, YouTube, TikTok, or Telegram. Their names identify the platforms supported by the workflow.

Availability and upload results

Account authorization, app review, quotas, outages, media requirements, and platform decisions can prevent or delay uploads. A successful transfer may still need processing, manual review, or publication on the destination platform. The service does not guarantee availability, acceptance, reach, or public visibility. Keep your original media.

When an upload result is uncertain, inspect its status before resending. Cancellation in the bot does not remove an upload already accepted by a platform. Remove videos and drafts in the platform’s own interface.

Account security and ending use

Protect bot credentials and connected accounts. Do not use the service for unauthorized access, unlawful content, or attempts to evade platform restrictions. The operator may pause the workflow when access is lost or the service cannot operate reliably. You may stop using it, revoke connected-app permissions, and request deletion of locally held data.

Updates

These terms may change as the workflow changes. Updated terms will be published here with a revised date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
